Walked into the Lacey El Sarape and found out that they completely remodeled their interior... Absolutely stunning! Their new menu has some pretty unique things, I had the guacamole burger (which was awesome!) and my wife had a dry aged steak. The steak was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked just right. We will be back to try some more of the new menu!

El Sarape is AMAZING! We were in town in Olympia for a family event and wanted food food without having a really stressful/busy experience. This restaurant was perfect! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the margaritas were some of the best we’ve had. They even have a vegan menu, which we didn’t try, but it looked fantastic!!!

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. The only Mexican restaurant I have found near Olympia with Vegan section on their menu. Vegetarian options: Actually the section is vegan
